Return and Exchange Period 

Customers may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns or exchanges requested after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Exchanges 

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and components.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
  • Items that have been damaged, modified, or used improperly will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Refund Policy 

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved by our team.
  • A handling fee of up to 10% of the total purchase price may be deducted from the refund amount. The exact fee is at the discretion of the returning party.
  • Refunds will be issued in cash or via bank transfer.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing time for refunds may take up to 14 business days from the date of approval.

Exchange Policy 

    • If the customer chooses to exchange an item instead of returning it, the handling fee will be waived, provided that:
      • The exchanged item is of equal or greater value than the original purchase price.
      • The item is in working and original condition.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged due to misuse.
  • Custom or special-order items.
  • Clearance or discounted items marked as final sale.
  • Any items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation. 

Return Process 

  • To initiate a return or exchange, customers must:
    • Contact our customer support at info@siemplex.com.na within the 7-day return window.
    • Provide proof of purchase and a reason for the return or exchange.
    • Follow our provided instructions to return the item.
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Defective or Incorrect Items 

  • If a customer receives a defective or incorrect item, they must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will provide a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if the item is out of stock.
  • Customers must return the defective or incorrect item before receiving a replacement or refund.  

Shipping and Courier Liability 

  • Once an order has been handed over to the courier/shipping provider, Siemplex Distributors cc is no longer liable for any damage, loss, or delays that may occur during transit.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting their package upon arrival and must report any damage directly to the courier service.
  • If a package arrives damaged, the customer must file a claim with the courier service as per their policies. Siemplex Distributors cc will assist in providing necessary documentation for claims but will not be responsible for compensation for courier-related damages.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

This Refund and Return Policy is governed by the laws of Namibia. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Namibia, and customers agree to submit to this jurisdiction.

Changes to This Policy 

Siemplex Distributors cc reserves the right to modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time. The updated version will be effective upon posting on our website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
